This was purchased from a vintage shop years ago. It was once a true Ballgown, but it is quite worn now due to its age and could only be used as a costume. The detail is beautiful though, and there is a tag saying that it was hand sewn by some sewing union back in the day (fun piece of history)
This would fit an older girl or a petite woman. It was worn by someone with a 25.5 inch waist and 32 inch chest and it just fit them.
This definitely gives off #PrincessTiana vibes or something from the Victorian era.
